Romzally Enterprises sends short text notifications to people who have asked to receive them. This page describes the program in full. Nothing here is marketing, and we never message on behalf of another company.
What we send
- Product notifications. Status messages to people using our software — a job has finished, a result file is ready, a download link is about to expire, a usage limit is close.
- Client and service messages. Direct correspondence with clients about their own projects: scheduling, support replies, and questions about work in progress.
- System alerts. Automated notices from infrastructure we operate — job failures, monitoring and uptime alerts — sent to the people responsible for it.
We do not send advertising, promotional offers, political, or fundraising messages.
How you opt in
Consent is explicit, given in advance, and never assumed. You opt in on our consent form by entering your own mobile number and ticking a box that is unchecked by default. The box is optional — declining it does not affect access to any product or service.
Clients may instead consent directly and in writing during onboarding. Either way we record the number, the date, and the exact wording agreed to.
We never buy, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third parties, data brokers, or public sources, and we never add a number that has not been given to us by its owner for this purpose.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and nothing after
that. Reply HELP for help, or email
[email protected] and we will remove your number.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Your number is not shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
The full detail is in the Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions.
